After termination

  • Access may cease;
  • Paid functionality may stop;
  • Public Content may be removed;
  • Certain information may be retained where legally permitted or required.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual property, liability, indemnification, dispute, and payment provisions.

101. GOVERNING LAW

Subject to mandatory laws applicable to users in their own jurisdictions, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's law.

Minds Invasion LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with applicable

  • Privacy Policies;
